Wait And See

Here’s a few items I’ve heard recently. I’m just posting to be able to look back and see if they come true:

1) IBM was bought by Rico and within three years the IBM name will go away.

2) Fed-Ex is buying DHL (DHL posted huge losses this past year)

and 3) Starbucks will be closing some of its stores knowing they’ve flooded the market, and they will start offering $1.00 coffee.

If you’ve heard anything about any of these rumors, leave me a post. Back to work!

Seeking to cut losses in the hyper-competitive domestic fast-delivery business, Deutsche Post may move to trim its DHL business in the U.S., without abandoning it completely, according to published reports on Friday.
